Where's the RP this week?

I love Tuesday's because its when I normally get my junkmail that has my wonderful RP (red plum) coupon insert in it. Today I went to the mail box and there was no RP. WHAT! WHY? I checked the 2009 Coupon Insert Schedule and it appears that no RP is to come out this week : ( BUT... there is a suprise appearance from Proctor and Gamble this week! HORRAY more coupons : )
