The first is Betty Crocker with $10 worth of coupons. Sign up here. You will have to be a Betty Crocker Newsletter subscriber. If you don't want to subscribe but want the coupons I recommend creating a junk e-mail account that you can use whenever you sign up for things like this.
The second is a Con Agra Coupon book with $17 worth of coupons. Go here to sign up for it through Wal-Mart.
