Ok so Wal-Mart is trying to clear out their garden center for Christmas and in addition to the swing set clearance they have also marked down the gardening soil and mulch. The Wal-Mart on Sunset and Galeria has the big bags of potting soil and mulch marked down to $1 and the small bags are $.25!
