How to get extra RP and PG

We can get multiple SS (Smart Source) coupons by ordering multiple Sunday papers but there is no way to get the post office to deliever extra coupons delievered in the mail. PG (Proctor and Gambel) especially has lots of great coupons and who wouldn't want more. How? There are two ways. #1) Every week tons of mailer coupons are thrown away by our neighbors. Go around and ask your neighbors if they use their coupons sent in the mail. Offer that if they don't and its ok with them you'll come pick them up. #2) You can buy extra coupon packs that are either partial or complete inserts here
